8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

9. Account and Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time:
- Open the AI Accident Help app.
- Go to Profile (top right icon).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your chats, tickets, and profile information will be removed from our systems. If you cannot access the app, email luminoepremium@gmail.com from your registered email address and we will process the deletion within 30 days.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at luminoepremium@gmail.com and we will delete the information promptly.
11. International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
